Well, we vote at least once per year around here. Sometimes more than that. I think we can have up to 4 per year but it usually doesn't go past 2.
Just came back from voting. Had to wait in line for the first time EVA! Didn't have to wait long.
Our town has a population of around 10K. There are about 7600 registered voters, typically one in four votes in a local election. Much better turn out tonight! Rick and I were voter #1723 and #1724. That was one machine only. There was another one at our voting place and another at an additional voting place. If they all have 1700+ votes in them, I think that's a pretty good turn out, and there is still an hour to go.
