Default Why not Vintage?

In this thread

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/108...-top-down-sad/

that Emil referenced I noticed that there are quite a number of people in their 50s, 60s and 70s who own and drive S2000s, yet I don't remember seeing very many of them participating in the Vintage forum.

I wonder why.

I will venture a guess. Those folks that are not coming to this forum are on the site to gain knowledge of the car. There is little discussion on the S except to discuss when someone is getting rid of their car for a new Vette,.....

This forum is really much more of a "social media" site than many S devotees are looking for.

If your target audience isn't participating, then you either seeking the wrong demographic, or your product is not what they want. (Physicist Marketing, I don't have an MBA but I do understand buyers.)

I think that's one of the reasons.

I think that is the primary reason. And, murtherfor, why should we want the 20 to 40 somethings hanging out here??
