Sweet collection. I'd be very to store the Cayman for a few years to help you out - and it would be heated in the winter.

NOT in the little house with the big garage. The big garage will probably be down the Cape. I hope I find the little house, big garage for sale so that I don't have to try and get a permit to build it.

My hope is to find someting in the mid $200Ks up to the very low $300ks

This is about 2 miles from my house in Falmouth:

Read the entire description and click through on the photos and you will get the idea. The oversized two car garage is a bit too small, but I may be able to add on to it....

Well done Erick. With another lift, you could add another car!

^ So you will have to bargain some to get that price down to anywhere near what you want to pay. But two acres is a lot. House is old but looks well maintained. What could you rent it for? Or something comparable?

I've tried to argue that now that the S2000 has a home in the shed, there is plenty of room for another toy, but so far I've been unsuccessful.

I have no problem offering $50K less. I think the house would rent out for $1800 to $2,000 per month so figure income of $20K per year from which I will pay the property taxes, repairs and maintenance. It won't be a big money maker, but it should cover itself expense wise, diversify my long term investments, and net me a nice workshop for free! In 20 years or so when i can't do the things I do now, I'll sell it and hopefully enjoy a nice gain. The key is to find a property that already has what you want. That's the tough part.

The other option is to sell the house in Canton and buy a smaller house to live in that has everything i want, or the land to build it on. But I'm not sure when we will be able to sell the Canton house. I can go either way on this.

Lisa. Since she paid for the shed, she has veto rights on any plans to repopulate the recently freed up space.
