The ceiling height is about 11'6" Just about any standard 2-post lift on the market (including mine) requires 12'. A ceiling modification was needed to make it fit.

I just got one of these to put under the deck for the S2000.
Bigg » ShelterIt Instant Garages

it's 10x20x8 which is plenty big enough for the toy.
Have to finish putting it together tomorrow.
I won't be praising the directions any time soon.

Jerry, what kind of snow load will it handle. Or is that a problem.

The tent will be under a deck so it won't see any appreciable snow on it.
My biggest concern is actually keeping the mice away from it.
It will be a dry safe place....

Mice will/can be a real issue. I have an ex-ice fishing tent setup behind a garage for stuff of no real importance. . . like 3 big tubs that I store our artificial Christmas tree in, yard stuff, and the like. The mice love it. I constantly see evidence of that (do I need to describe it) and when I am mowing with the rider I see them running out from there. I don't have anything in there of importance or that can be chewed up like seats for their nest. On the other hand, I don't set traps, poison, etc. in there either...that's all in my garages along with other things like high pitch noise, etc. Point is, use every deterrent you can for mice especially during the winter. I should have taken a picture of what they built in my other cold storage area where I keep a boat and it had poison around but based on the smell it only killed a few.

It's a Rotary lift from the mid 1980's. At some point in time, someone repainted it from they typical Rotary blue color to red.
