Ours no longer gets put away for the winter. It gets snow tires! It is Rick's official grocery getter. Goes out now and again, but my Jeep is usually the vehicle of choice if we head out together when it's cold/snowing.

The P car is ready to go to sleep though...

So you put S in the snow and P under cover.

Benjamin warming up the car for the oil change

Draining the oil

8.5 Quarts of 5W-50 Mobil 1 later and she's ready for hibernation

The S2000 went into hibernation two weekends ago, the C2S went today after an oil change and cleaning. Hoping to put more miles into these two next year.

Yep. Not a lot of snow, but it's prepared with the snow tires. Repeating the story: When we bought the first P car we knew we were going to sell a car. No need for four cars. BUT, Rick never felt the Subaru love and neither of us wanted to part with the S. So the WRX got sold and the S got a set of snow tires. This was right around the time Rick retired, so he knew the S would not be called to duty in the winter all that often.

I would love to be able to drive my S this week especially since it is supposed to get close to 60 this week but noooooooooooooo they had to dump salt all over the road last week even though it didn't even snow.
So that's when my S comes off the road as soon as the salt hits the street.
