oh yeah.

Rt 9 in framingham Natick is 2 lanes each way divided highway for a stgretch.
One day I saw him in the right lane. I drove beside him for 2 miles.
I was waving, beeping, pulling ahead, dropping back.
Nuttin, I couldn't get his attention. He simply didn't see me.

I know a guy that used to deliver pizza’s and on a few occasions in order to be on time it was shorter to take a one way street however problem was it was one way in the wrong direction so this person would go down the street in reverse and if anyone came down the street this person would then go forward but from what I heard that never happened.

One of those guys,my friend used to refer to those people as ‘driving with blinders on’.
I had a couple of friends like that one I would see her on the road and beep and wave and carry on and nothing and when I would see her in person she would say I didn’t see you I told her next time I’ll jump on your hood and wave through the windshield at you. Another one I beeped and waved and she looked at me scared out of her mind it was snowing ( very lightly) and she told me later when I saw her that she didn’t know it was me she thought somebody was beeping at her because of her driving.

Maybe I should invest in a snowcat and make some money. Looks like it’s going to be a busy year of towing people off the snowmobile trails.

I am currently in Las Vegas, NV with Lauren visiting with her Father who recently went into Hospice care. As we were running errands today I was amazed that just about one in three bill boards on the side of the road are for personal injury lawyers, just one after another. I am deducing that this is because of all of the following reasons:
  • People that have too much to drink while gambling or partying.
  • The shear volume of tourist from around the world that my not be familiar with how to drive in the U.S,? (I.E. countries where they drive on the "wrong side" of the road)
  • People from around the U.S. from rural towns that only have two lane roads and are not use to driving on freeways that are five lanes wide moving at 70+ MPH.
  • Overworked tired truckers (due to the fact that almost everything has to be trucked into Las Vegas.
  • High rollers that use their winnings to rent exotic high performance cars that are about their low performance driving skills.
Any thoughts, or anything to add?

We used to drive to Naples, Fl every year for 16 years. We stopped driving, now we fly and rent a car. We encountered too many crazy drivers when we drove and had too many close calls.

This may be the last year I drive. It was a long, boring drive when you are alone.
