What is your favorite app(s) on your smartphone?

Aside from the normal banking, finance, home security and calendar apps I have three favorites, I have an android phone.

Life Reminders-You type in something that you want to be reminded of, a date and time, and it will notify you at the time.

Gorillas-A silly app based on the old MS-Dos game. Two gorillas toss bananas at each other. You control one the computer controls the other. You choose the speed and angle for the throw and you try to hit the other gorilla. A fun timewaster for between tasks.

Oracul Ball-An 8 ball decision maker. Totally useless, but good when you can't make up your mind. Don't use this for important decisions, but good for things like deciding whether or not to see the latest Star Wars movie.

I only use my cell phone when there’s a need. Generally GPS guidance, on-road inquiries, National news, stock market reports, compass bearings, and text/tele phone transmissions and responses, other than that… nothing.

Edit: Oh...maybe the calendar features

Waze is the most useful app when traveling. 6,000 + miles to the west coast and return for S2KDays proved that to me.

I have and use a bunch more, but this one best answers your question.

The most use I get out of my Iphone is just checking emails when I'm away from home. Do it more often than making a call.

WeatherBug is my favorite. I'm am constantly checking the weather and radar.

Gas Buddy! I also like Plane Finder. (Ever wonder where the plane that is flying over leaving a contrail is headed too, and where it originated?)

I use Flightradar24. It is fun to see where they come from and where they are going. Also nice to track when the family is flying.
