I've had to run-off with Raggtop, its a great product to me. Just search Google for Raggtopp and it'll show you tons of sites to purchase it from.

Personally, I do not have run-off problem using Raggtopp. Although there may be some run-off, it definately (once again my experience) is much much much less than with either 303 or vinylx.
vinylx is what I have used and the first rain that comes through leaves all the windows with a greasy film. Ill have to try the raggtopp stuff. You just apply how the bottle says to? or do you use any special method?

I've used both Ragg Top and 303. I never had run off issues with either product. The key to no run off is to buff thoroughly with a microfiber towel a few minutes after application. If you don't buff well (or at all) you'll get run off.

Currently I prefer using the Ragg Top because I prefer the look it leaves and it causes water to bead on the top which is something I have not seen any other product do.

i just purchased my 02 s2k and noticed that the top has some slightly shiny areas that look a little worn from the support bars of the top. I'm not sure if the previous owner took good care of the top or not, but would rag tap get rid of the sheen? thanks

How does the look differ between products like Ragg Top vs. 303?

I haven't used either product on my top yet (as it's only a couple months old and has been in the garage most of the time), but I want to get something on there soon so that it has some UV protection. I'd prefer to keep the new, dark, matte, canvas-like look if I can.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

If you happen to be talking about the reduced canvas-like texture on the portions of the top directly over the support bars, then that's completely normal. Check out any new S2000s in the showroom and you'll see less texture there than the rest of the top.

I hope that helps.

Uh Oh. My 303 says it's a fabric guard. Do I have the wrong product?

Would it have harmed anything? I will buy the correct product to use in the future, but the fabricguard seems to have worked fine for now. The water beads on it very nicely.
