Bad Smell
My wife has been complaining that her interior smells (VW Jetta). She denies spilling or causing anything to make it smell. Today I smelt it first hand. Kind of like spoiled milk, soggy socks, or something.
My question: Is there something I can do to get rid of the smell? Is there a bomb or something? She's been trying your hanging smells etc. and some basic sprays, but nothing has worked yet.

Best thing to do is to pull out the carpet and do a major cleaning on it, shampoo it and let it dry out in the sun along with the rugs.
While you have the carpet out change out the cabin air filter and use the fogger and the clean air.

Also, if something spilled in the trunk it'll smell in the cabin so check that out to.
BTW, I also spray Lysol into the ac vents, cabin filter, cabin filter vent, ac vent in the passenger footwell, and the rest of the int to kill off any bacteria.
