Default Baked Rubber on Quarter Panel ?

Greatings from the OC.

I had a blowout a few months back.
The HOT rubber stuck to my paint, behind the wheel well.
Most of it came off. I do have a section that is 2" square that I cannot remove with my finger nails. It is stuck on there good.
We have also tried Goof Off.
Any suggestions that will not harm the paint ?

Thanks,
pwcfan

hair dryer or heat gun (be careful with the heat gun not too hot) to soften the rubber and then either goof off or stoners tarminator

^^
Good advice, you might also try lacquer thinner to remove any residual rubber. It will not harm your paint or clear. Simply wash the area and re wax the area afterward.
