Zaino will do a fantastic job of masking the swirls, but it won't actually remove them. The only way to "permanently" get rid of them is to use some sort of abrasive compound on the clear coat. Obviously this process is non-reversible. Personally I wouldn't even try it (for fear of making it worse), but I'm sure there are others with a lot more talent. =)
