black is tough,help
Here's several things to try.
1st. Get an absorber for drying and rinse it well in the kitchen sink before use.
2nd.Rinse the car thoroughly before washing.
3rd.Use a bucket of clear water to rinse your wash mit before you dunk it back in the soap. That will keep dirt from being deposited in the soap and subsequently dragged over the finish.
4th. Apply multiple coats of Z5 followed by multiple coats of Z2 each followed by a wipe of Z6.Do this all in one session. If you wait, dust will accumulate and you'll drag it accross the paint creating more swirlys.
5th. Never wipe dust off the car with anything. If it gets dusty. Wash it again. What ever the product it's still going to drag dust particles accross the paint.

Blk,
check out this post I made:

I haven't driven my cars after washing, but the cars still look "wet". You know about the bottle test after waxing? When after you wax a car properly with good quality wax, if you put a bottle on the hood, it should slide off, right. Well my test is with the polish cloth, I put the small, lightweight 12" x 12" polish towel on the hood, and it slides right off!!

Swirl remover will definately strip the car of your wax. Does the Zaino site really say use a 3M swirl remover? I'm really surprised if it does because they do have their own swirl remover of their own. It's just funny to advertise someone else's products when you have a competiting one.
Anyways if you have swirls and swirls bother you, I suggest you redo the whole car. Since you're using Zaino use their Z5 and then once you're swirl free put Z2 back on.

Luder, thats a nice shine...I think maybe that's actually a
mirror!!
Thanks for the reply, Howie, I do use Z5 and I do like the
results, but the problem is it doesn't last through
washes. I wash using Z7 and when I finish the swirls
return (I think its just swirls on the Zaino surface from
the sponge and chamois).
I guess I'm looking for a more permanent swirl remover...I
don't have the time to put on both Z5, Z2 and wait for them
to dry after each wash. Especially during the winter season
as it takes a whole night to dry.
