Once a year should be fine if your not driving it every day, but if its a daily driver you should check it when you change your oil.

It's more on the line of wd40. Penetrates and has a residual seal. I spray it into the vents and then spray a rag to wipe on like 303.

Looks like you are overseas... do a google search on it, you get tons of info when you do and then you can find a supplier near you.

And part of the process does involve using a RAG

This stuff sounds like what I've been looking for. I'll have to do a good cleaning of the rotors first to get off the rust, then coat them with this stuff.

Just don't get it on the rotor surface and the pads but it should help.
