Can Simple Green be used as an APC for interior surfaces if properly diluted, say 10:1 with distilled water? I was curious, as I have a lot of it, and it will be for the mini-van (which has no leather at all). If so, this would be a money/time saver for me.

of course just follow the directions on how to dilute it. when i use to detail for a shop they used a all purpose cleaner for everything. in the hot vac, on the vinyl and on the leather seats.

 

agree... just be sure to rinse (wipe with damp rag) off.
and finally use a good protectant on the vinyl.
i dont use it on leather, but use a leather cleaner there.
and then protect the leather with a leather protectant.

vinyl and leather protectants for a convertible should have sunscreens.

 

well, I don't have an S2K anymore, so this will be for the civic I have and the wife's Quest. Neither of them have leather at all.
