I don't think any car cover can keep out the wet. I've bought 4 different brands in the last 2 mos and finally got a custom-made tight-fitting Stormshield $350 rated highest against Snow, Rain, Sleet, blah, blah, blah and guess what? The first time it rained I took off the cover up and saw puddles of water in random places on the car. True it did better than the cheaper covers but any where that the water sits on eventually worked its way thru the fabric. I think it's designed that way to let the paint breathe so it may be due to condensation or whatever but your car won't be 100% dry. Still better than nothing.
