so last time I cleaned, the black plastic on the center console seems to have almost bled a little bit onto the metallicish (not sure what it is) part, and I cant seem to get it off. Any suggestions for getting it off?

what have you used? if all else fails, you can vinyl wrap it.

Try an interior cleaner like meguiars interior. Spray on a microfiber towel, not the console. Might need to use a little elbow grease, but not too much.
