Alright, i'm going to pull each wheel off the car and clean them inside out.

After using wheel cleaner to get as much of the dust off as I can

1) Clay bar
2) ZFX?
3) Z2 or Z5 or both ?

I know it's overkill, i just want to go all out, i saw on autopia how they reccomend taking a clay bar to the wheels, and we were just talking about waxing them last week, so........

 

not overkill...
its a great way to make your car look new again-
start with a high quality car shampoo- if they arent completely clean looking then use a non-acid based wheel cleaner. rewash and then you are ready for clay and zaino.
you can z2 and z5, but prob z2 will do it...
be sure to throw away that clay or mark it for wheel use only. it will have contaminents in it that you would not want to rub on the body of your car.
