Customer Service
A couple of hours ago I had a minor problem with a foam pad that I purchased from Classic Motoring Accessories (aka www.properautocare.com).
I had purchased the pad in June, but hadn't had a chance to use it until today. After I used it, I washed the 3M Swirl Mark Remover from it and the velcro started to come loose. I wasn't too crazy about this, since it was the first time that I used the pad, so I sent an email to CMA. Within an hour (on a Sunday, no less) I had an answer from the owner of the company. He said that I just needed to pitch the pad and tomorrow he would send a replacement to me, no charge.
I now know that this is the place that I want to do business with, for sure.
I was also impressed with the yellow cutting pad. I was cleaning up a set of used OEM wheels that I had just purchased and couldn't believe how well the pad worked. These wheels had some pretty big, ugly scratches on them as well as some water spots that didn't come off with all of the normal methods. I decided to break out the PC and the 3M Swirl Mark Remover and what a team. They almost look new again. The deep scratches look much better, now. They are still there, because I didn't want to go too deep and remove all of the clear coat, but they are greatly subdued.
I just thought that I would tell everyone about the type of company that Classic Motoring Accessories is and how well they take care of their customers.
