dents
in the flat part or on the rounded part?
if flat, you could do it yourself with a dent kit... or take it to a dent wizard type place.
i dont know where carmel mountain is so dont know whether i can help with more specifics

if you want to try it yourself, you would buy a kit and learn on another car first. once you realize how easy it is, then move to your car. if its in a rounded part, dont try it yourself.

oh, wait- i just noticed that you said the bumper... the bumper is a plastic type material. dent wizard might not want to try this- but it is still worth asking.
sometimes you can reach in with a small piece of wood and smooth it out. might have to pull the bumper on our cars to get inside, i cant remember whether you can reach in or not.
if the dent wizard cant get it, its a body shop fix.

Don't quote me on this, but I was under the impression that dents in plastic parts just don't come out...
