Default Engine plastic dressing/detailer?

I was just wondering what was a good item to use for cleaning/dressing the plastics in the engine bay? I don't want anything shiny just the matt finish. Im not cleaning the ENTIRE engine bay just a quick detailing since the engine by itself is pretty clean still.

All I have on hand is 303 aerospace protectant. If there any products you guys recommend unless 303 will work just fine, please let me know.

Not for cleaning, but for the clean matte finish I recommend Adam's In and Out.

poorboys world natural trim restorer, which can also be used on plastics/rubber/tires. you can choose your finish based on the amount of saturation you apply
