Hi all. I am debating getting a foam gun to wash my car with. From what I understand it seems like it is better to use a special soap made for them. Is that true? Also I was wondering where a good place to get one is and which one is good. I have found a lot of different ones and im not sure which one to go with. Thanks.

any car shampoo will work- some foam more than others...

and it really depends on whether you mean just a foam gun, or a foamer (with pressure)-

 

I find goldclass works nice for any foam gun

but if you want thick suds... use shampoos specifically for snow foaming
