Fresh Highway Lane Paint :(
I tried some searching but couldn't come up with too much...but here's my issue:
I was just on my way home when part of the highway lanes were closed off on an exit ramp that branches onto another highway. There are two lanes and they blocked off the left and half of the right, forcing you to drive over the rumble strip and solid paint line.
The problem is you still had to cross over the paint to get back into the lane once it opened up again.
The paint looked fresh and there were still highway workers/trucks out so I thought to myself, ####
I get home at 2am and look...of course there's fresh white paint kicked up from the tires on the sides of the car. I just had some bodywork done after a fender bender and they painted a good amount of the car, so I can't thoroughly wash/wax for a month according to the shop. The paint came off with a wipe of the finger, so I got some wet towels and wiped off everything, then sprayed the car down several times with the hose. It looks like I got everything off and the paint looks fine...is there anything I should worry about??

no problems if you got it all... i would clay the car to be sure. clay was first used by body shops for paint overspray, so its your perfect solution!
be sure to rewax the car, and then post up pics- then pm me for your badge!!
