Default G2 Caliper Paint Removal

I'm going be painting my calipers black.......but will be changing to Red later down the road. Does anyone know how to remove G2 paint without damaging the calipers?

i have never done this...
and have heard its pretty dangerous stuff- if you try it be sure to use it on a very small area first... and wear protective clothing!

i understand that methylene chloride will break-down epoxy.

not sure where you can get it, and do know that it depends on which state you live in as to whether it is even allowed...

you shouldn't need to remove the back - just re-paint them red when you're ready - extra coats are not a bad thing

Exactly, just add a couple coats of the new stuff right over the old. It will also help to fill in the uneven areas (pot-marks) a little bit more and you'll get a candy smooth finish.
