Default Gas Drip Spots

So I've got these drips under my gas tank filler neck and I can't seem to get them out. I wiped the area dry with paper towels immediately after seeing the gas fall out of the filler and onto my car. These happened on my roadtrip where washing right away wasn't an option so I cleaned it the best I could. At the time, I assumed clay would take care of it. I was out there for about an hour last night on that spot alone with the clay with no luck. (OTOH, its really smoooooth)

Any ideas on what products to use to get these horrid spots off my bumper?
