Default Help~! Found tiny scratches! What should i do now?

As I washed my car today, I found a couple of tiny, surface deep, scratches.

how can i fix it? will Maguiar's Scratch X do?

i just waxed it, so do i have to remove/wash the wax before applying Maguiar's Scratch X?

scratchx might do it... no need to remove anything as the scratchx will remove everything including a small amount of the clearcoat. you need to rewax after scratchxing.

3m has a product that might also work...
more info on:
http://properautocare.com/3mperfincutc.html

"Perfect-It Fine Cut Compound safely and effectively removes 1200 grit or finer sanding lines, fine scratches, medium oxidation, coarse swirl marks and light water spots. Fine Cut achieves maximum results when applied by dual-action or circular polisher but can be applied by hand. If using a circular polisher, apply Fine Cut with a wool disc or a foam compounding pad. (A wool disc is more aggressive for deeper scratches but may leave more compounding haze.) Keep the speed within 900 to 1100 rpm. If using the Porter Cable, dual action polisher, apply with the orange Power Pad or Yellow Foam Compounding Pad. Set the speed dial between 3-1/2 and 4.

Fine Cut Compound produces very little compounding haze (surface dullness) but should be followed with Finess-It Machine Polish or Perfect-It Swirl Mark Remover to insure maximum surface gloss."

is there anything that will "fill-in" the scratch instead of "removing more clear coat to make it looks smooth"?

(for some reason, I just want to avoid removing more clear coat that I already have)

pretty sure that the answer is no...
all scratch repair substances are similar to rubbing compounds- they contain small grit which breaksdown as it removes and fills scratches.

Scratch X works pretty well...had to use it after some lazy tec figured he'd work on my car without covering the fender. Not all of the scratches came out,but most did.

Actually, that's how Zaino Z5 works. It doesn't remove the scratches, but makes them less noticable.

I haven't had much luck with Z5 in terms of makes scratches less noticeable. YMMV though.
