How to clean vomit inside car

ozone is illegal for personal use here in the states (inject into bloodstream), but theoretically sounds feasible, as ozone causes ozonolosis to break apart molecules...
As far as puking in cars....My girl just puked in my S2k. Fortunately for me she was drinking Malibu and Pineapple juice so it almost smells like an air freshener

I once threw up a two hours after eating ice cream (then got a migrane headache) in the heat of the summer. I was stuck in a construction zone, by myself and was unable pull over for an emergency stop. It smelled really bad despite my best efforts to clean it. Had the vehicle professionally cleaned and it worked. Tough to imagine a case worse than this.

car still smells just a bit, need to go over it once again with the kidsnpets brand cleaner, then shampoo it, then I think the smell will be gone!

Don't know if you guys have heard this but the Ionic Breeze by Sharper Image claims that one benefit of the device is that it produces ozone. They make a "in car" model as well. You may be able to leave it on, plugged into the electrical outlet for a few days (might drain battery)

Many hot tubs / spas have ozone generators that pump the stuff into the water as it is circulated. This reduces the need for chlorine / bromine as the ozone kills bacteria very effectively. They usually have a strong UV light source inside - if I remember correctly some of the oxygen molecules in the air break down under intense UV illumination and recombine as O3 instead of O2 inside the generator.
I can believe that ozone would help in a circumstance like this, though I've never seen anyplace you could have it done commercially.
