Spray it onto a lint free cloth and wipe the cloth on the surface you are treating. Don't make it too wet or it'll run.

I like to spray it onto a foam applicator then apply it to the surface. I let it sit a couple of minutes and then I buff it off with a micro fiber towel.

Roger Dyer of 303 recommends exactly that method. Spray onto a sponge (he actually uses his hand), apply to the surface to be treated, and then allow the product to bond with the surface. Usually 5 minutes is enough. Then wipe away any excess.

303 works great on the top, but make sure to wipe the excess or you'll get streaky windows next time it rains.

Definitely make sure you buff, otherwise when you put your top down it will streak the window...

Definitely.

A runny top = poopy windows.
