Default 303 UV Protectant Question

When I first washed the top with clear water after applying 303 weeks earlier, a milky residue seemed to come out of the vinyl. Was this from the 303 or might it have been from dust that collected in the vinyl pores during the meantime? I applied the 303 treatment very heavily. Just curious if this stuff washes off.

303 lasts about a month/application. the milky stuff stuff coming off your top doesn't do any damage nor does it mess with your zaino'd paint. I notice it will milk up whenver I wash weekly and I know I didn't put that much 303 on the top to begin with.

you don't need a heavy application of 303 - think the dirctions say use sparingly -

spray a rag or sponge away from the car and then wipe it on the roof - best bet would be to let it "cure" under the sun for a while and then wipe the top with a towel to remove any residual

You appplied far too much. Remove the excess with a MF towel after a 5-10 minute wait.

I use Raggtopp also. I switched from 303 beacause of run-off issues with 303 (i.e my windows and car got slimed from runoff after a rain)

Have washed car twice after 303 applied, no signs of residue, top looks great.
