Ooohhh.. dyed dash be careful with whatever you use... Try a spot somewhere else before trying it there.

The sticky part from the cassete airfreshener. It dried up

I would try a vinyl cleaner, like Meguiar's M39 or perhaps the vinyl cleaner made by Raggtopp or 303.
