Does anyone know how to take this dried sticky kinda stuff in my dashboard?

Ooohhh.. dyed dash be careful with whatever you use... Try a spot somewhere else before trying it there.

I would try a vinyl cleaner, like Meguiar's M39 or perhaps the vinyl cleaner made by Raggtopp or 303.
