For cleaning I use a woolite solution (^ parts distilled water to 1 part woolote) or the sonus cockpit detailer ... bothe do a good job of cleaning. For protection .. Mequiars 40 or Poorboys natural look ... both provide a nice matte finish

Griots Garage has a really nice interior cleaner. Even their vinyl dressing is nice, and buffs out just slightly shiny if you only leave it on for just a little bit (becomes more shiny the longer you keep it on).
