Default MEGUIAR'S PLASTX

ok so i just bought this product from autozone along with towels and applicator pads. i plan on doing the rear window thats my major concern as of right now. im about to try and get done tonight. have couple of questions though..

do i need to wash the rear window before i put on the product?

can i also do the inside of the rear window?

what i plan on doing is using the plastx and using the applicator pad.. i will try do certain areas before i go on to a next area. then i will use the towel to wipe off the window. any other steps are appreciated.

please dont post anything like ' this product sucks..' or 'i use this instead'. plastx is the only one i have and dont feel like goin back to autozone =] thanks

It wouldnt hurt to wash the window to help remove any surface debris before using the meguiars product. Sounds like you got it down. Post back with the results

i use it on my headlights as well. Gonna try it out with my PC and some pads I just got. I don't have a plastic rear window, so I don't know how well it works on that

It should do wonders on your plastic window, just make sure that you don't leave it on your headlights for an exteded period of time, it may leave dry swirls, but nothing an rotary buffer can't fix.
