yeah, thanks for calming the nerves guys. Luckily ive got my civic's trunk which i kind of "trashed" by putting a spoiler on (which i've now sold), so this can be a test panel of mine which SHOULD have similar characteristics to my s2k's paint. Ill also see if i can pick up some wrecked panels at a bodyshop or something to practise on, but im thinking i should be safe....my stuff gets here next wednesday!!!
