you don't need glaze if using a selant. sealant like to adhere to "bare paint" as opposed to being layered on top of another product.

I say menzerna, meg's, klasse then a wax like s100, which you could pick upat your local harley dealer.

the contrarian view-

my car is in an ad for the 3m glaze...
and after the glaze is several layers of z2 topped by p21s.
(note that they do not mention the z2):

so, my answer to your question would be "try it"- that's how we found out that z2 could be topped by wax. sal zaino told us it wouldn't work - he said it wouldn't adhere... but now its common practice.

Sorry to jack your thread, just have a few related questions.

I've got 3 coats of Z2 Pro, put 2 coats of P21S, then 1 coast of Meg #16 and then another coat of P21S.

Can Carnuba be layered on top of each other? Can I put Zaino or a sealant on top of a Carnuba?

several of us do... but the wax needs hang-time (time to start evaporating).
my experience has been at least a week for a synthetic over the wax or you wont see much difference.

and wax can be waxed over once. a well cured coat of wax can be waxed. after 2 coats then next ones just seem to remove themselves or just not adhere at all. i can not tell any diff between 2 coats of wax and 3.

since meg #16 is a wax and so is p21s, i am wondering what your experience was with 4 coats of wax over the zaino... could you see any diff after the 2nd coat of p21s? did the megs do anything at all?

No difference at all from what I could see. Same beading action for 2 coats vs 4 coats of wax. Shine is not more. There is a point of diminishing returns and it seems like after 2 coats that's all it needs. Just wasting wax and time doing it that many times consecutively.

I am no longer going to be using #16. Difficult to remove is my only grip. So hard to remove, when buffing my MF towels caused minor swirling. I am going to be order a PC7424 in the next couple of weeks and correct the paint, add 2 coats of Z2pro and 2 coats of P21S.

Can Carnauba [waxes] be layered on top of each other?
Yes

Can I put Zaino or a sealant on top of a Carnauba?
No, polymers need to form a molecular bond with paint; they will not bond to wax and / or oil
