Most aggressive polish/pad combo I can use with PC
My DD is a black 2001 VW Jetta which has a ton of swirls etc.
I was wondering what is the most aggressive polish and pad combo that I can use to safely remove all the swirls. Any idea/options? I want to stay away from a DA machine as I dont have one nor would I want to risk damaging the clear coat.
I presently have a PC7424 along with an dimpled orange power pad which is used with the Menzerna Intensive and Final polish combo but that only gets out the small swirls. Is there something a tad stronger? I will probably work my way up in terms of aggressiveness.
thanks

Get yourself Meguiar's M105. Use it with a flat, non-dimpled polishing pad at speed 5 or 6. Search the Autopia site for the Kevin Brown method. Several threads are devoted to it. The key is the proper priming of the pad. Meguiar's non-diminishing abrasive polishes have to be worked somewhat differently than diminishing abrasive polishes. If applied and worked correctly, you should be able to achieve significant paint correction.
Follow up M105 with a finishing polish like M205 to remove any micro-marring.
