Default Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

Parked my car 2009 Taffeta white Honda Accord sedan in a parking lot and when I got home I noticed there was a black mark on the bumper. Not sure what it was so I took out my Meguiers detailing spray and clay bar and set out to remove it. I have 3m on my bumper and the clay bar was having a hard time removing the scuff. I tried a microfiber cloth, and a wash mitt and nothing was taking it off. Finally I tried the magic eraser and it worked like a charm.

i have always thought of the eraser as just another clay (and i have plenty of those already). guess i was wrong!

did it leave behind any swirls or other marks?

the magic erasers are abrasive and should not be used on the paint...

It wasn't on paint. Note he said "film" on the bumper. I would NOT recommend this on paint.. but clear film? it will still mar clear film.

Not a good idea, it removes the clear off of the paint and for that matter the film as well... I did this also because I was curious on a hatch I had laying around and it took the clear right off. I doesn't look bad right away but when it dries, you can def. see the marks, its as if you took sandpaper and tried to remove the mark!
