did you know that p21s is not german?
I called the original manufacturer of the p21 products ( ok wackchemie co in ingolstadt) and the so called p21 is made in the usa and has nothing to do with them
the polish they make is called speedwax plus 3 and has apparantly a similar formulation
they do make the s100 wax that you find in hd dealers but is a more abrasive formula
apparantly the klasse wax has a german equivalent ( saw it on the net somewhere
but mostly sold as a boat wax
any leads?

 

Have you ever looked at the two side by side? The jars are identical except for the name. That doesn't happen randomly.

I can't imagine there being any abrasives in either wax. One may have more solvents which help clean the paint more but not abrasives.

A few years ago this was beaten to death on Autopia. The S100 was supposedly made for motorcyle paint. The last time i checked on how Big Dog Motorcyles were painted they were primed, painted and cleared just like my car. I think they developed the S100 for the penny pinching Harley crowd. I have an older jar of S100 that is the exact same color wax inside as the p21s. The newer S100 seems yellower, they probably made it that way on purpose because many people were wondering why they should spend the extra money on P21s. The white looking carnuabas sell for more of a premium even though chemically there is no difference. Just my opinion of course.

 

well all I can say is that I spoke to their office based tech rep this am after seeing their web site with the p100 on it but no p21s( in german only) it can be found under ok wack chemie in google
