I drive my car to work and back every day through all the elements so naturally it has a few nicks and scratches from road debris. The front bumper however has paint peeling off it on one side. Not a large amount but it is noticeable.

Does anyone know if Honda warranties this paint and if so for how long? I bought my car last September. Just called the dealership and got a recording for the service dept so thought someone out in S2K land might know something about this.

Honda dealers have covered paint defects on the S2000 in the past. I would push them on it.

yea, i would go show them....and tell them to repaint.......should be warrantied.......

 

I am thinking about having it repainted and then applying the 3M ClearMask Protective Film. Has anyone used this satisfactorily?
