Plastic window cleaner

Plastic window cleaner
I was cleaning my plastic rear window with BlueMagic Plastic window cleaner (couldn't find plexus) and it worked great but it left white stuff on the vinyl soft top areas I accidently got some on. I tried cleaning it off with water and a bit of 303 aerospace cleaner but theres still some left behind. Any ideas? BTW does plexus or meguires do this?

that should get it...
plexus has never done that in my experience.
