Plastic Window Question

I used some Novus #1 and #2 to clean my rear window. However, I got some on my top causing some white discoloration spots. Is there any way to remove these white spots?

I can take some pics if needed.

pics might be helpful...

wash the top, then try raggtopp, vinylex or 303 - spray onto the rag away from the car and get lots of product on the rag... rub it in good-
