Default The Power of Steam

I have lots of billet under the hood. I was in a store the other day and bought a small steam cleaner on sale for 20 bucks.

I can't believe how well it works in my engine compartment. Steam it, wipe it and it's shiny. I have lots of billet under there too that gets water spotted. A little steam, a touch of Mothers billet cleaner while its still hot works much better than cold. I'm completely impressed.

My question is this. Is there anything I should be careful using steam around under there beside my electronics?

I like this little steam thing, it's cleans and shines every crack and corner.

Here's the bay before cleaning.

This is what I bought for 20 bucks where I bought it. On their closeout shelf.

ummm i think steam cleaners use 50% of or more less water compared to hot pressure washers. the water should evaporate before hitting any electronics. but im not sure about the evaporation rating on your cleaner.
