Protecting Paint?
Ok so recently I purchased a Porter Cable 7424xp and a set of
Menzerna power Gloss Compound
Menzerna Power Finish
Menzerna Super Finish
Menzerna Sealing Wax
So I just finished detailing my car and the problem I had is once I was finished I ran my finger accrosed the paint and it made alot of little hair line scratches. What do you guys use for a top coat to protech from this? Or is this just a normal problem that I am going to have to be careful with?
Thanks in advance!

BB is particularly notorious for being delicate. LSP provides a sacrificial barrier against the elements, but does essentially nothing to prevent something scratching your paint. I've seen manufacturers claim that their LSPs protect from scratches, and my opinion is that this amounts to false advertising. There's not enough LSP sitting on the surface to do much good against scratches.Thread
