Default Punctured Garden Hose

Perhaps my dog was feeling neglected; she bit into my garden hose this weekend leaving a small puncture several feet from the spray. Close enough that when the spray valve closes, I get hit with a stream of water. I have blocked the hole with electrical tape for the time being but I know it won't last for long. Because of lawn use, I don't want to lose any length.

Suggestions welcome.

Or...... a dab of some silicone glue when it's dry and cover with a strip of duct tape. Works fine.

dont use the hose menders, i did that coz my dogs chewed my hose into two pieces, well it doesnt hold pressure well, so the water sprays out when my hose valve is closed. try something else like the silicone in combination with your electric tape... ask your experts at the home depot... they should know

Duct tape, it will fix and hold on anything....

If its strong enough for us to use around the Fire Service for stuff, It will be strong enough for a garden Hose.

Salute,
