Question for you guys....
Well, its about that time. My hood is aweful, tops of fenders look like....well....not good.
Anywho, I was looking for order from autogeek a few items, and would your your advice....
The swirls on my car I guess I would call intermediate, so I will order the intermediate kit. I am looking to give XMT a try, since many members praise it. I noticed on the kit it is only #3 and #1, but no need for #2, is that correct?

Also, I would like edge pads as well.
Can someone tell me which pad I need for....
#1
#2
#3
Finishing glaze
Souveran Carbnuba...
All will be 6" Edge pads, just need help on matching the proper pad to liquid. Always, thanks for the help.

Start with Orange Light Cutting DuraFoam 6 Inch Pad and if that doesn't cut it then move up to Green Medium Cutting DuraFoam 6 Inch Pad for XMT #3
For #1 use Blue Finishing DuraFoam 6 Inch Pad.
Glaze and Carnuba use the White Ultrafine Polishing DuraFoam 6 Inch Pad
Again always remember start with a lesser aggressive pad before going medival on your clear coat.

I agree with paivag, those are the exact same pads I would choose for the job. Honda paint is pretty soft, so you won't need anything more aggressive than the light cutting pad for swirl removal, and the light polishing and finishing pads will really make your paint shine
