Damn, those look like some Benz wheels I see or even a Ford F-150.
Funny because the last one I did that was F'd like this was a Ford F-150.

Combine brake dust, metal from your rotors, heat and moisture and you get a concoction capable of piting metal and rusting.

I've seen a number of M-B wheels with really bad baked on brake dust like this.

Before you refinish try http://www.eagleone.com/pages/products/pro...d=1001&cat=5006

It worked for me when pad dust got baked onto my wheels.

Not for use on Aluminum. It will mess up the finish and they'll need to be redone anyway.

Again you need to determine if they are pitted or corroded all over. If the metal has been eaten into all over they may not be able to be redone, done at a reasonable cost or done to your satisfaction.

Yeah, don't use the EagleOne Mag cleaner. Try their All Wheel and Tire cleaner. My parents had a wheel that bad from a sticking brake caliper they chose to ignore. It took me over two hours of scrubbing and I used pretty much an entire bottle on the wheel, but it did eventually clean up (there was some minor pitting left over, but only a wacko would inspect the wheels close enough to see it). My Mothers Day present to my Mom last year...along with the rest of a complete two day detail on her car.
