Default RaggTopp Cleaner

I've been wondering if a good car shampoo enough for cleaning the top or do we need this specialty product?

If it is needed, how often and does it damage Zaino or wax finish when it is rinsed off?

Thanks!

Just out of curiousity do you have something to protect the top? It's important to use a protectant on the top to keep it looking like new and from tearing/wearing out.

Yes, I use RaggTopp protectant every couple of months. I have another daily driver so the S2K does not get as much exposure to nature.

I use the Raggtopp cleaner a few times a summer and to be honest it doesn't really seem to do anything that my Meguiar's carwash doesn't already do. I mainly just use it to get the old protectant off before putting a new layer on. Once this bottle is gone though I'll just purchase the protectant from now on.
