I decided to try some raggtopp on my 02 red S today.
I just recently bought it used, so the top is a little worn and was faded slightly.

Well, here's some pics, and ill try to explain myself the way through.

And btw, this is what i did... i dont know if im right or not, but this is how i applied it.

-wash top with car shampoo and water,
-scrub top with rag and soap (i didnt have a brush),
-rinse top, let completely dry,
-apply RT to a foam applicator,
-wipe applicator thoroughly into top, do the whole top,
-take a clean dry rag and buff out excess,
-buff again lighter to finish it off

Total time: about an hour (includes washing top and drying time in the cool night.)

I ONLY USED THE PROTECTANT, NOT THE CLEANER.

Overall, its a pretty decent product. It makes the top look newer and darker. Hopefully, it will help keep my top looking good, and take less abuse.

do it again in a week after you wash it again,...it will look better each time

 

I really need to do my top again.. 303ed it when I first got it, and the water finally started to not bead as much anymore after 5 months
