Default Removed black tape from around windshield

I removed the black tape that goes around the windshield and there is still glue on the paint. What is the best cleaner to take it off without messing up the paint?

Lots of things can be used.

wd40 works great
goo gone works great

the best imo is lighter fluid, takes it off quicker then anything else, just be sure to not set it on fire if your a smoker

goo gone. wet a towel with some, wipe down the area, let it soak for a while, then wipe the area again with the same wet towel. might take some elbow grease. wash it, clay it, wax it.

want to see some before and after pics too please!!

also keep as much off of the rubber as possible...

shin-etsu grease on the rubber is the best way to replump and protect it.

Thanks for the tip. That finally worked. My mistake was probably to take off the tape in 35

I have to use a hair dryer to heat mine up as did it when it was Cold in England. Heat and a bit of rubbing, dry towel worked before for me
