The clear looks like it's pretty thick on there... it actually looks more like a drip than a run.

I will call up the body shop and see if they can do it for me. I thought it might be easy for me to do myself and I would learn something in the process but I'm afraid to do some unintentional damage.

Thanks for everyone's help so far and if anyone has more options, please keep posting

Yea that sounds good, they shouldn't of let it leave the shop like that...
