Default Removing plastic window polish from top

Did a search, found a lot of good information but not the answer to my dilemma. A couple days ago I used Mequire's cleaner and polish on my plastic window (which works great btw) but accidently got a little on my top. I tried some convertible top cleaner I have with a rag but that didn't work, I'm thinking a toothbrush might do the trick. But before I go waste more time does anyone know a sure fire way to get this stuff out?

Thanks!

This might sound like brute force but I went over my entire 2002 top with a high pressure hose and it looks like new. I had the same problem on another car with a plastic window and the pressure washer did the job. Obviously, be careful. Don't spray perpendicular to the fabric and avoid window seals, etc.

What kind of convertible top cleaner are you using? I'm just asking because I'm curious. Anyway, I'm almost 100% sure you just need to use a toothbrush. I wouldn't bother going out and buying a new product.

I'm using BMW convertible top cleaner that the previous owner gave me when i bought the car from him.

I'm going to try out the toothbrush either today or tommorow and see how that goes.
