Default Shinitsu Grease

I'm a long time lurker of the wash/wax thread and seen many threads where wanabe suggests to place shinitsu grease on seals ..

I am wondering what seals for it to be placed ? Where the softtop connects ? Where the windows are at? Every seal ?

And if you apply them do you have to let it sit for a certain time before letting it able to rest with the other part it connects to?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
